**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop Traffic Management Plans: Create effective and compliant traffic guidance schemes. Ensure all plans align with current laws, policies, and procedures.
– Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand and meet their specific traffic management needs.
– Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard identification to prioritize safety.
– Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate consultations with key stakeholders, including road authorities, local councils, police, and public transport entities.
– Precision and Timeliness: Ensure all traffic plans are accurate and executed on schedule.
– Support Daily Operations: Assist with daily operational tasks to enhance our traffic management efforts.
**Required Qualifications:**
– Experience: Proven experience in traffic management planning preferred, though candidates with relevant skills and a keen interest in traffic management may also be considered.
– Certifications: Possession of a Construction White Card and a valid C Class Driver’s License. Certification in Traffic Management Plan Preparation (RIICWD503E) is highly desirable.
– Technical Proficiency: Experience with Rapid Plan or similar software. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
– Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
– Time Management: Exceptional time management abilities.
– Initiative: Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Your Role:
As a Field Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing compliance across both the Traffic Control and Labour Hire Divisions. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough Road Safety and Workplace Safety Audits, training field staff, and collaborating with other department heads to develop, implement, and monitor our comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs. Your expertise will ensure that our operations not only meet but exceed compliance standards, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
– Compliance Management: Lead the compliance processes for our Traffic Control and Labour Hire operations, ensuring all practices adhere to the latest regulations.
– Safety Audits: Conduct and oversee detailed safety audits across multiple sites and projects, implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
– Team Leadership: Lead and mentor teams dedicated to upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance in both divisions.
– Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in HSE practices, including robust field staff training programs following audit results.
– Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with heads of other departments to develop and monitor HSE programs, ensuring integrated safety measures across the company.
