KPI Group is a national labour hire provider operating since 2010 across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia. We are expanding our workforce in Lismore NSW and are seeking experienced, multi-skilled construction and civil labourers for ongoing and upcoming projects.

These roles suit motivated, reliable, and multi-ticketed professionals who can work independently, follow daily site instructions, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes. Candidates must reside in Lismore or within a 50km radius.

Positions Available (Multiple Roles)

• All-Round Experienced Multi-Skilled / Ticketed Labourers

• Experienced Machine Operators – Excavator, Skid Steer, Roller, Water Cart, etc.
  (GPS knowledge and current VOC highly advantageous)

• Skilled Labourers

• General Labourers

• Riggers

• Formwork Carpenters

• Carpenters

• EWP Operators

• Manitou Operators

• Dogman

• Forklift Operators

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in construction and/or civil environments

• White Card (essential)

• Relevant, current tickets with demonstrated industry experience

• Recent Verification of Competency (VOC) on machinery (highly regarded)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans

• NSW Driver’s Licence and reliable transport (essential)

• Australian citizenship

• Availability Monday to Sunday for ongoing work

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

• Safety-focused with strong communication skills

• Proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong work ethic

• Reliable, task-driven, and able to follow site direction
