Traffic Controllers

KPI Group is a national Traffic Control provider, operating since 2010 across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia. We are expanding our NSW operations and are seeking qualified Traffic Controllers for ongoing and upcoming projects across Lismore and surrounding regions within a 50km radius.

These roles suit safety-focused professionals who can work independently, follow approved Traffic Management Plans, and communicate effectively with site teams to maintain safe and compliant traffic environments.

Positions Available

• Traffic Controllers – Level 1 & Level 2 TMI

Skills & Experience Required

• Current NSW Traffic Control qualifications (Level 1 &/or Level 2 TMI)

• White Card (essential)

• Demonstrated experience on civil and construction sites

• Ability to read, understand, and implement Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)

• Strong situational awareness in live traffic environments

• NSW Driver’s Licence and reliable transport (essential)

• Australian work rights

• Availability Monday to Sunday for ongoing work

• Ability to work independently and within site teams

• Clear communication skills and professional site conduct

• Safety-driven mindset with a strong work ethic

• Ability to follow direction and complete allocated tasks
