KPI Group is seeking experienced, multi-skilled construction and civil labourers for upcoming and ongoing projects across the Gold Coast.

We are looking for motivated, reliable, and safety-focused candidates who can work independently, follow site instructions, and consistently deliver quality outcomes as part of professional site teams.

• All-round Multi-Skilled Labourers

• Experienced Machine Operators (GPS knowledge & current VOC highly regarded)

• Dogman

• Skilled & General Labourers

• Riggers

• Formwork Carpenters

• Carpenters

• EWP Operators

• Manitou Operators

• Traffic Control

• Forklift Operators

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in construction or civil environments

• White Card (essential)

• Relevant current tickets with demonstrated industry experience

• Current VOC for plant and machinery (highly advantageous)

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• QLD Driver’s Licence and reliable transport (essential)

• Australian work rights

• Availability Monday to Sunday for ongoing work

• Ability to work autonomously and within teams

• Strong safety focus and communication skills

• Proactive, reliable, and task-driven work ethic
