Experienced High-Speed Traffic Controllers – South Eastern Suburbs, Melbourne
KPI Traffic Control, Victoria’s largest and most innovative traffic management company, is now hiring experienced Traffic Controllers to support our growing pipeline of Category 3 (freeway/high-speed) projects across Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs.
We’re looking for committed professionals with a minimum of 2 years’ experience on high-speed roads and valid qualifications — or those actively working toward the latest certification standards.

Minimum Requirements
To be eligible for this role, applicants must have:

✅ At least 2 years’ direct experience on Category 3 (freeway/high-speed) roads

✅ The following traffic management qualifications issued after March 2024:

TC2 – Traffic Controller (High-Speed)
-
TMI1 – Traffic Management Implementation Level 1
-
TMI2 – Traffic Management Implementation Level 2
-
TMI3 – Traffic Management Implementation Level 3
-

✅ A valid Construction Induction Card (White Card)

✅ A Minimum MR (Medium Rigid) Driver’s Licence
(Applicants holding only a car licence will not be considered)
Important Information
🚨 If you do not currently hold the updated qualifications, you must be willing to obtain them before starting.
⚠️ In line with KPI Traffic Control’s high safety standards, we do not accept traffic management tickets issued prior to July 2024 for Category 3 freeway work.
📩 Candidates who are actively upgrading their qualifications may submit an Expression of Interest.
