KPI Traffic Control NSW was engaged by ICON to deliver full-service traffic management for a major Sydney redevelopment. This high-profile project marks a significant transformation of a key city asset, and we were proud to help deliver it safely and on time.

From early planning through to project completion, our team managed traffic flow, safety setups, and site logistics. We ensured zero delays, full compliance, and a clear focus on safety.

We’ve now released a drone flyover video of the site works. The footage highlights the scale of the operation and showcases our team’s efficiency against a stunning Sydney skyline.
